This product is a wax lotion developed for water-based varnish and coating industry, which can significantly improve the surface performance of the coating, and improve the wear resistance, smoothness, adhesion resistance and other properties of the coating. At the same time, this product has a relatively small impact on the glossiness and transparency of the coating.

3、 Usage suggestions

1. It is recommended to add this product in the later stage of coating production. If it is added during the preparation process, attention should be paid to the dispersion effect and its impact on viscosity.

2. The recommended dosage is 3% -8% of water-based coatings, and the specific dosage needs to be determined by the user based on experiments. The maximum dosage can reach 10%.

3. This product can be added to water-soluble resins, water-based emulsion resins, or water-based pigment pastes.

4、 Precautions

1. This product is non hazardous. It should be stored in a ventilated and dry environment at 5-30 ℃, avoiding exposure to sunlight and freezing. The original packaging has a shelf life of 12 months at room temperature. After use, the container should be sealed, and it is recommended to use it up within a short period of time after opening the packaging.
